- HR Systems Administration & Data Management Hands-on experience administering HR systems, ideally including ADP Workforce Now & Greenhouse (configuration, workflows, security, integrations)
- Strong understanding of HR data structures (employees, positions, job changes, compensation, benefits, leaves, etc.)
- Comfort owning system configuration changes (fields, codes, workflows, approval chains, notifications, and other settings)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: complex formulas, nested logic, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, lookups, basic macros, and data cleansing
- Experience administering global leave programs, including understanding leave types, eligibility, documentation requirements, and compliance considerations across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience leading or supporting HR process improvement projects, from problem definition through design, testing, communication, and rollout
- Strong stakeholder management skills: able to partner with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, managers, and external vendors to align on needs, priorities, and timelines
Comfort experimenting with and implementing AI and automation solutions (e.g., workflows, bots, scripting, or AI-enabled features within existing tools)
