  • As a Senior IT Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd line IT support for users across various endpoints, SaaS platforms, collaboration tools, and local infrastructure
  • Being the local IT representative, handling walk-ups, deskside support, onboarding/offboarding, office technology management, and vendor coordination
  • Effectively triaging, prioritizing, and resolving support tickets through various channels, ensuring accurate documentation and escalation of complex issues
  • Administering and maintaining standard operating environments (SOE) by executing Intune/Jamf policies, OS deployments, and software packaging
  • Monitoring endpoint and infrastructure performance, escalating issues, and proposing improvements based on observations
  • Developing and enhancing knowledge articles to aid in first-contact resolution and user guidance
  • Implementing process enhancements and automation to streamline operations
  • Supporting local infrastructure projects and global initiatives, providing onsite leadership for deployments or upgrades
  • Promoting IT security best practices in everyday support tasks

Mentoring IT Support Engineers to ensure compliance with global standards and practices

Требования

  • We seek candidates with experience in an End User Computing (EUC) support role in a distributed environment
  • Strong foundational knowledge in networking concepts and troubleshooting
  • Experience with MDM tools and security principles
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, scripting, and SaaS administration
  • Experience in vendor coordination across ISPs, telco, and hardware lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to ongoing improvement
  • The ability to work independently while aligning with global IT standards
  • Comfort in mentoring junior colleagues and collaborating across diverse time zones and cultures
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Project management experience in collaboration with global teams

Fluency in English is required

Proficiency in ticketing systems, device support (Windows, macOS, mobile), and OS/software support (Microsoft 365, Ubuntu, Zoom, antivirus, SaaS applications)
