• The Senior FP&A Manager will lead a small team of financial analysts supporting key business units with strategic financial insights and analysis
• Drive consistency in financial processes, communication, and collaboration across departments
• Manage and mentor analysts, aligning goals with business strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address financial and operational challenges
• Provide financial guidance to improve performance and efficiency
• Advise leadership using models and analysis on strategic decisions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial systems
• Develop policies and train staff on financial tools and methodologies

Deliver executive-level reports and dashboards

• Bachelor’s Degree in in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 10+ years financial analysis, FP&A experience; 3+ years in leadership/managerial roles
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
• Effective communicator and collaborator across all levels
