As Senior Manager, Commercial Partnerships, APAC , you’ll lead the development and growth of Klaviyo’s channel and alliances ecosystem across Asia–Pacific. This is a highly strategic, hands‑on role that combines team leadership, partner enablement, and market expansion .
You will treat Channel & Alliances as a core revenue engine – not a side program – by running a disciplined, data‑driven operating rhythm, embedding structured co‑sell motions with Sales and CS, and putting AI‑first practices at the center of how the team plans, executes, and reports.
As the team grows, we will see a continued expansion of Klaviyo’s customer base and the building of a fantastic working culture in line with what we see elsewhere in Klaviyo, but with its own local identity within our Sydney‑based and broader APAC teams. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
