The role
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Senior Paid Social Manager to own and grow performance marketing results across a portfolio of markets and brands. Reporting to the Paid Social Lead - Campaign Ops, you’ll take full responsibility for delivering acquisition and efficiency targets through best-in-class execution, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you’ll combine hands-on channel expertise with a strong performance mindset to turn insights into action and drive measurable growth. While your core focus will be paid social across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snap and more, you’ll also contribute to strategic, cross-channel initiatives, turning testing plans into action and helping build scalable, high-impact ways of working across the wider performance marketing function.

- What you’ll do
- Market & brand ownership: Own performance across a portfolio of markets/brands end-to-end, including planning, execution, and optimization to consistently hit acquisition and efficiency targets.
- Hands-on campaign execution: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring best practices in structure, creative testing, pacing, and budget allocation.
- Performance management & reporting: Monitor daily/weekly performance, manage budgets effectively, and deliver clear reporting with actionable insights tied to strategic objectives and business outcomes.
- Operational excellence: Help improve processes and tool usage to make performance marketing more predictable, efficient, and scalable across markets.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with local marketing, creative, and paid social workstream leads to align campaigns, share insights, and coordinate execution across the full funnel.
- Strategic cross-channel projects: Contribute to broader performance marketing initiatives (e.g., automation projects, new channel exploration, or cross-channel learning agendas) to increase impact beyond your own markets.
- What you’ll bring
- A strong academic background in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving results in paid social across Meta, TikTok, and Snap (experience with Smartly is a strong plus)
- Demonstrated ability to own targets end-to-end for specific markets/brands (budget responsibility, performance delivery, and optimization)
- Highly data-driven, action-oriented, organized, and a natural problem solver who can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, influence cross-functional partners, and translate performance insights into decisions
