• This individual will play a pivotal role in enabling our partners to independently deploy and install the different Zoom products across CCaaS and UCaaS solutions
• You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, planning, and execution of the partner certification program
• You will work cross-functionally to define certification standards, create training materials, and establish metrics for partner success
• Having Curriculum Design: Develop partner-facing training materials, workshops, and certification criteria, in collaboration with internal subject matter experts from product management, professional services, and sales
• Having Standards & Best Practices: Define and enforce best practices for partner deployment and installation methodologies, aligning with industry standards and company policies
• Having Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track partner certification progress, deployment success rates, and customer satisfaction post-installation
• Processing Optimization: Continuously improve and refine the certification process to ensure scalability and adaptability as the partner network expands

Having Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate the program’s progress, impact, and key milestones to senior leadership and key stakeholders

• Have Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• Have knowledge of CCaaS and UCaaS solutions and their deployment requirements
• Have project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), partner management platforms, and project management tools

7+ years of experience in channel partner enablement, professional services, or program management within the technology, UCaaS, or CCaaS space

• In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value
• Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience
