• We are looking for an experienced, on-site Senior Producer to join our game development team in Kreuzberg, Berlin. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our Berlin office.

You are a battle-tested production leader who has successfully shipped titles across the full development lifecycle and knows what it takes to keep a cross-functional team aligned, motivated, and moving. You bring structure without rigidity — building schedules and processes that serve the team rather than constrain it. You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate with clarity across disciplines, and are as comfortable discussing design intent with a Lead Designer as you are breaking down a milestone with a Lead Engineer.

You understand that great games are made by great teams, and you take pride in removing blockers, fostering accountability, and creating the conditions for your colleagues to do their best work.
