Ads identity empowers Reddit’s ads delivery, targeting, and measurement products to better measure and increase ROAS by linking actions on and off Reddit to the person or people who took them while honoring their privacy preferences. This team collaborates regularly with stakeholders across all of Reddit’s product teams to set a long-term vision and maximize the value of the linkages we create. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is: $190,800 — $267,100 USD In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
