• Analyze engagement, retention, and operator satisfaction metrics to improve tool performance and surface actionable insights
• Validate and refine ideas through structured A/B testing, KPI tracking, and iteration, ensuring only high-impact features reach the finish line
• Partner with design, commercial, and technical teams to translate business goals into executable product work, balancing speed and scalability
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and maintain alignment with stakeholders across the organizationincluding regular updates to C-level on roadmap progress, test outcomes, and growth opportunities

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in iGaming, mobile gaming, or gamification-focused B2B environments
• Strong grasp of player behavior and lifecycle engagement, as well as operator motivations and constraints
• Data confidence: you're fluent in KPIs, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and spotting real impactnot vanity metrics
• Experience working cross-functionally with designers, developers, analysts, and sales teams in agile environments
• Clear, proactive communication styleable to influence and align execs, engineers, and partners with clarity and credibility
• Comfortable diving into technical discussions and understanding implementation realities, even if you're not the one writing code
