Genesis is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Enablement Manager to partner with our top performing sales organization, with a specific focus on software service agreements. This is a senior level position that requires a blend of analytical expertise and operational precision. You will be responsible for managing software service agreement renewals, preparing complex software service quotations, and forecasting industry trends to ensure service agreement sales run smoothly and consistently.
A successful candidate will spend their first two months in the Genesis office in Tyler, integrating closely with the sales team, learning the Genesis software portfolio, and mastering our internal systems and processes. By the end of day 60, you will be expected to:
Experience: Five or more years of professional experience in a software or technology environment, with hands-on experience managing B2B and B2G service or maintenance agreements. This is not an entry-level role and requires a proven history of success supporting sales teams, including contract lifecycle management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and candidates may be asked to demonstrate practical Excel skills during the interview process. Experience using modern AI and productivity tools to improve analysis, efficiency, or accuracy is a plus.
