• Lead end-to-end QA activities for the migration from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online
• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for custom solutions, integrations, and complex data migration scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple SharePoint environments
• Drive defect triage, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
• Validate integrations with Power Platform, Nintex Cloud, and other solution components
• Partner with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure alignment and high-quality delivery
• Prepare and maintain clear test documentation and present results to stakeholders

Apply risk-based testing strategies to ensure efficient and meaningful test coverage in cloud environments

• If you have deep SharePoint knowledge, strong QA expertise, and enjoy working closely with engineering and business teams, this role will be an excellent match
• 5 years of professional QA experience, including hands-on functional and automation testing
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, customization models, permissions, and feature capabilities
• Experience validating integrations with Power Platform, Nintex Cloud, and custom SharePoint components
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines, test plans)
• Proven background in regression planning, UAT support, and structured defect management
• Solid knowledge of cloud testing principles and risk-based testing approaches
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within distributed Agile/Kanban teams
• Experience with SharePoint migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Quest, or similar)
• Exposure to test automation frameworks relevant to SharePoint or Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with Power Platform development or administration
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL or scripting for data validation
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance practices
