• Responsible for handling security events/alerts and providing rapid response with the understanding of network infrastructure and security tools
• Execute a cyber threat hunting program to identify, detect, mitigate, respond to cyber threats and advanced threat actors
• Schedule SOC analyst shifts and serve as an escalation point for issues and performance
• Develop plans and remediate gaps found by the Offensive Security/Red team
• Resolve network incidents, plan and implement requests and changes, troubleshoot and implement resolutions for problems

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

• It keeps the enterprise a step ahead of the evolving threat landscape and gives stakeholders confidence in the organization's cyber posture

Includes design of the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments

• 5+ years of proven SOC experience
• Experience evaluating vulnerabilities and patch management
• Experience with overall security operations
• Experience with incidence response
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs

• A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 to $150,000

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
