• As a Senior Software Engineer to Software Engineer 2, you will focus on creating tools, automation, and infrastructure that enhance the productivity of our development teams
• You will work on improving developer workflows, reducing manual processes, and ensuring a seamless development experience across the organization
• Your expertise in cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), full-stack development (Type Script, React, Node.js, Python), and infrastructure will be critical in driving productivity initiatives
• Build and maintain internal tools that improve developer workflow efficiency
• Implement automation solutions for common development tasks
• Contribute to monitoring systems for developer productivity metrics
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to identify pain points
• Write clear documentation for tools and processes
• Support and maintain existing developer tools
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Improve developer workflows through automation
• Reduce manual processes in development pipeline

Contribute to developer experience improvements

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Type Script)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS OR GCP OR Azure)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and RESTful API design and development
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Base Salary Range
• Senior Software Engineer: $180,000 - $200,000
• The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate
