• Translate requirements into software designs and deliver clean, efficient, extensible, and maintainable code
• Architect, develop, and deploy highly scalable, resilient, and performant distributed systems and full-stack applications
• Boost team productivity by identifying and advocating opportunities for process and tooling improvements
• Anticipate areas of frequent change, and design with flexibility to improve long-term engineering velocity
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions aligned with development goals and principles
• Apply evidence-centered design to ensure features are testable, high-quality, and continuously deliverable
• Provide technical leadership: code reviews, ADR (Architecture Decision Record) feedback, mentoring, and coaching across teams
• Identify gaps and systemic issues, propose solutions, shape the engineering roadmap, and drive resolution

Lead engineering support, release management, and on-call responsibilities for an always-on 24/7 site

• 6+ years of software development with strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills
• Deep expertise with Java (Spring / Spring Boot), Python, and building scalable APIs (REST & GraphQL)
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern web frameworks
• Solid understanding of databases (Oracle, NoSQL, GraphQL)
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern engineering practices

Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., coding assistants, test generation, code review aids) to accelerate delivery while maintaining high code quality

Hands-on experience building features powered by large language models, including timely and tool development, API integration, and validating agent behavior through evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails

$118,800 - $205,600

• Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience
