Leveraging your strong understanding of our customer insights, you'll help shape and orchestrate fully integrated digital campaigns and confidently support the Associate Director, Campaign Development Lead and internal teams through the creative process for campaigns, resources, and relevant content
Employing AGILE practices and a test-and-learn approach through each phase of the project, you'll wear many different hats as you collaborate with copy, design, media, internal legal, medical, and regulatory teams in the co-design, co-creation, and execution of campaign plans every step of the way
This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely
