• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar infrastructure / OPS role;
• Strong expertise in Citrix CVAD (Virtual Apps & Desktops);
• Strong expertise in NetScaler / Citrix ADC;
• Experience with Citrix ADM and Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM);
• Hands-on experience with ControlUp for real-time monitoring and troubleshooting;
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, load balancing, SSL VPNs;
• Experience implementing secure remote access, TLS VPNs and MFA;
• Ability to optimize performance, availability and scalability of Citrix environments;
• Experience troubleshooting session performance and application delivery issues;
• Scripting skills in PowerShell;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams;
• Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory)
• Language platform, with conversation classes in 12 languages
