• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and recommending menu items
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant & bar area and adhere to food safety standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately, with integrity and efficiency
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of items to customers
• Assist in restocking bar, salad bar, inventory and supplies as needed

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and sales transactions
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety regulations
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
