Обязанности

  • What You’ll Do As a Service Manager, you’ll bring the LUMA Playbook to life by:
  • Delivering Excellence in Maintenance: Complete all service requests, including HVAC and appliance repairs, within 24 business hours.
  • Driving Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and execute preventive maintenance and monthly property and hazard inspections.
  • Leading Make-Ready Processes: Oversee and schedule the complete make-ready process to ensure units are move-in ready.
  • Managing Inventory: Maintain organized parts and supplies inventory to ensure seamless operations.
  • Championing Safety: Lead and train your team in safe work habits through weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Upholding Property Standards: Monitor curb appeal daily to maintain the community’s visual and functional excellence.
  • Being on Call: Stay available for rotating on-call responsibilities to support residents and operations.

Требования

  • Who You Are You’re a proactive leader who’s ready to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of property maintenance. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
  • Are skilled in written and verbal English communication (bilingual preferred).
  • Own the necessary tools and have access to a reliable, insured motor vehicle.
  • Hold formal maintenance training, including CFC type II certification and a current pool operator’s license.
  • Are committed to workplace safety and adept at implementing and monitoring safety programs.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Are willing to contribute to additional tasks, like grounds cleaning or painting, as needed.
  • Required Experience:
  • Have at least two years of full-time apartment Lead maintenance experience.
