• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients, focusing on platform configuration, scripting, and workflow automation
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow platform components, including forms, tables, lists, and ACLs
• Develop customizations using JavaScript and the ServiceNow Glide API , including business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and UI policies
• Design and implement workflow automation using Flow Designer , workflows, approvals, and notifications
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
• Participate in full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Follow Agile methodologies and collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while adhering to best practices and coding standards

• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform fundamentals (forms, tables, lists, ACLs)
• Strong JavaScript skills and experience with Glide API
• Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, approvals, and notifications
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
• Knowledge of full development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with Service Portal development
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules
