• PhD or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering or related technical field with focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in people management
• Proven experience leading applied science teams in AI/ML and product development
• Strong background in recruiting, developing, and leading senior individual contributors (ICs) and building high-performing teams
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale AI/ML products
• Deep technical expertise in machine learning systems, GenAI/LLM model architectures, development/deployment of AI agents, and recommendation & ranking systems at enterprise scale
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, high-impact features or products from concept to customer adoption and operational stability
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic technical vision with operational execution and customer needs
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels including with enterprise customers
• Experience driving end-to-end applied science solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams, including engineering, and customer-facing roles

7+ years of applied science or technical leadership experience, with demonstrated recent leadership in AI, ML, recommendation systems *Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.**

• US: Hiring Range in USD from: $107,100 to $251,600 per annum
• May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral
