This isn't a role where everything is figured out, it's a chance to build and shape how we do things. We operate like a lean, fast-paced, high-growth startup , and we need someone who thrives on a dynamic, experiment-driven approach. This hybrid role combines the startup-minded hustle of getting new customers up and running with the scrappy , long-term relationship building that drives growth. You'll own a book of business from day one, navigating an environment with evolving processes and resource-constrained challenges to ensure our customers are not just successful, but wildly successful.
Own the commercial relationship: You'll be a key player in our company's success. This means you'll own the renewal process and identify and act on growth opportunities within your book of business. You have a commercial responsibility to drive the business forward.
3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Implementation, ideally within a lean, fast-paced SaaS, Fintech, or B2B service environment. We're more interested in your track record of success in a similar operating model than a specific job title.

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. San Jose pay range $114,800 — $137,800 USD The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
