• Compensation Analyst to join their team for at least 4 months!
• Make salary recommendations for incumbents and new hires
• Manage comprehensive data and spreadsheets
• Prepare and present findings to management
• Participate in salary surveys, monitor data, upload data into the platform, and review findings
• Develop and maintain a salary structure and grading system

Other tasks as assigned

• This full-time role will require strong Workday skills, strong analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail
• 5+ years of experience in job evaluation, market-based pay benchmarking, and salary structuring are required
• A CCP certification is a major plus but not required
• Proficiencies in Workday, Excel, and Salary.com

Strong research, attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills

• Pays $35/hr-$40/hr, depending on experience
• Temporary for 4 months, starting in February!
