• Assist in State & local tax audits
• Respond to State & local Tax Notices
• Review State & local Tax returns prepared by outside CPA firms
• Work with outside CPA firms and interface with their compliance team
• Prepare internal tax reports & gather data from the operating units
• Analyze state & local tax data and prepare workpapers and spreadsheets to assist in analyzing alternative tax structures
• Prepare year -end tax schedules
• Prepare state apportionment workpapers

Assist with EFT payments and tax credit certificates

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting
• 3-5 years State & Local Tax experience
• Strong accounting skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel
