We’re looking for a Strategic Account Executive to help propel Webflow’s expansion upmarket and redefine how enterprise companies build for the web. In this role, you’ll become a trusted partner to some of the world’s most innovative brands and guide their transformation from slow, developer-dependent workflows to a new era of visual development. Your work will not only close strategic deals but also directly influence Webflow’s product evolution, inform our go-to-market strategy, and accelerate our next chapter of growth.
United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States) $280,000 - $310,000 Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON, Canada) $335,000 - $374,500 For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
