• In this role, you will oversee the full life cycle of commercial and industrial concrete construction projects, from preconstruction planning through final completion and closeout
• Your leadership will be critical in coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Working collaboratively with engineers, architects, and clients, you will help solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement
• Manage all phases of structural concrete projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution
• Monitor site safety compliance and enforce company safety policies
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address issues
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, reports, and closeout materials
• Assist with planning, estimating, and forecasting during preconstruction and bidding

Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain project performance

• We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, focusing primarily on structural concrete projects
• 5+ years of project management experience, specifically in structural concrete construction
• Solid knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and multidisciplinary teams effectively
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
