• Responsible for the delivery of education specific to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other related technologies that support the delivery of patient care
• Focused on creating and implementing educational solutions that are flexible, adaptable and responsive to the needs of the medical staff and clinicians
• Works collaboratively with individuals, teams, and departments to support the design, delivery and evaluation of instructor-led training

• Speak and read English at a level that is sufficient to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
• Associates Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare related environment or experience with implementation and support functions, preferably in clinical setting or experience working closely with MDs or other clinicians
• Knowledge of Cerner or other Health Information System
• Instructional design experience
