• In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers across functions to identify, attract, and engage world-class talent in engineering, product, growth, and operations all within the fast-evolving Web3 space
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
• Source, approach, and engage candidates through creative channels including LinkedIn, crypto communities, Twitter/X, and Web3 networks
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles (e.g. engineering, product, growth, operations, ecosystem)
• Leverage data to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring funnel performance

Ensure a seamless, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience aligned with our decentralized culture

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Web3 industry
• Proven success sourcing globally distributed or remote talent
• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or crypto-native communities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use ATS and analytics tools effectively
