- In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers across functions to identify, attract, and engage world-class talent in engineering, product, growth, and operations all within the fast-evolving Web3 space
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
- Source, approach, and engage candidates through creative channels including LinkedIn, crypto communities, Twitter/X, and Web3 networks
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles (e.g. engineering, product, growth, operations, ecosystem)
- Leverage data to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring funnel performance
