Role Summary
As a Tech Lead within Payoneer’s Business Applications domain, reporting to the Domain Architect , you will be a key driver of our cloud‑native transformation. You will lead the modernization of legacy systems, build foundational infrastructure, and elevate engineering practices as the organization transitions to a modern, scalable, cloud‑ready technology ecosystem.
Own Infrastructure & DevOps Foundations: Define and implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, GitOps workflows, observability practices, automated testing strategies, and security‑by‑design in alignment with Payoneer’s modernized SDLC and “Shift Left” engineering principles.
Partner Across the Organization: Collaborate with product managers, architects, SRE, appsec, data teams, and operational partners to ensure that modernization efforts deliver real business value, meet compliance and reliability needs, and integrate smoothly within the broader Payoneer ecosystem.
