• Business Analysis, Development, and Production Support
• Gain an understanding of Agile development methodology and how it drives successful technology delivery

• Build and maintain product backlogs using Agile practices
• Break down high-level features into deliverable user stories with defined acceptance criteria
• Develop subject matter expertise in key functions of our core platforms
• Prepare for and facilitate User Acceptance Testing
• Development Rotation
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions for review by senior architects
• Develop, unit test, and implement features based on approved designs
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support cases, perform root cause analysis, and develop preventative solutions
• Support production releases as needed
• Learn to build, deploy, and debug serverless applications using AWS Lambda and ECS
• Understand the importance of quality assurance and develop with quality in mind
• Production Support Rotation
• Analyze and respond to production support cases
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with internal and external stakeholders

Escalate issues appropriately and update Knowledge Base articles with new resolutions or workarounds

• Be a student and a teacher: share your knowledge and talents and be willing to listen and learn from those around you
• Get comfortable being uncomfortable: we face tough moments and obstacles with a “courage over comfort” approach and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong background in coding with proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Familiarity with relational databases and an understanding of SQL
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment

Compensation: The base salary for this role will be $70,000, based on a full-time work schedule
