• The technology (tech) strategy practice is seeking a manager to join our dynamic, technology-driven team
• Tech strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win - driving growth and enterprise value
• Tech strategy managers develop technology strategies to increase a company's profitability, catalyze growth, and ultimately deliver value across the stakeholder set
• You will determine the platforms to adopt, the architectures to build, the ways of working to change, and the capabilities improvements required to operate at efficient scale
• Managers craft quality deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships - whether on a small engagement or as part of a larger transformation
• When not serving clients, tech strategy managers participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities

• 7+ years of management consulting experience focused on technology strategy and technology transformation
• 6+ years of experience:
• Crafting and implementing strategies for growth and technology transformation at the corporate, business, or product level
• Using analytical methods and tools to create project analysis and recommendation support
• 4+ years of experience
• Managing and delivering large, complex technology engagements (minimum of 2 full life cycle implementation) and critical programs
• Leading a team and influencing others
• Must have participated in 4 or more projects involving:
• Process Frameworks: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO 20000, COBiT
• 6+ years experience in the Financial Services industry
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
