- Receive and process incoming shipments of watches, accessories, and watch parts
- Process, pack, and ship daily repairs to the service center
- Audit repairs awaiting client collection
- Conduct cycle counts for straps, buckles, bracelets, and spare parts
Support sales associates on the sales floor with packaging, manuals, and receipts inventory management
