• In this part-time retail role at Old Navy's Sycamore Commons store, you will engage customers, provide product expertise, and execute store operational processes to deliver a premium customer experience while building brand loyalty
• The position emphasizes exceptional customer service, supporting store leadership, and may include opening and closing duties
• Engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service, educating, informing, inspiring and outfitting the customer
• Offer information to customers on current merchandise assortment, store promotions and events
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently, including support of opening and/or closing the store as needed
• Serve as a role model to achieve store priorities with the customer as the primary focus
• Support the store leadership team to collaborate effectively with employees and ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Build and share expertise in an assigned specialized functional area

Handle unique or complex customer interactions courteously and professionally

• Has successfully completed job readiness training at one of Gap Inc's nonprofit partners
• Effective communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals
• Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement; open to feedback and able to take action as required
• Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training
