• The Vice President of Fintech (VP, Americas) will serve as a senior member of Animoca Brands' executive leadership team, responsible for leading fintech strategy, product innovation, and operational delivery across the Americas
• Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will oversee financial technology initiatives, digital product development, operational processes, and regulatory compliance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and market requirements
• They will have a proven ability to implement innovative fintech solutions, drive operational excellence, and achieve measurable business outcomes in competitive and regulated markets
• Fintech Strategy & Leadership
• Develop and execute Animoca Brands' fintech strategy for the Americas, aligned with corporate objectives
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on fintech innovation, digital asset integration, and emerging market trends
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and frameworks to evaluate fintech product performance, adoption, and operational efficiency
• Ensure consistent execution of global fintech standards, processes, and compliance frameworks
• Product Innovation & Operations
• Lead initiatives to design, implement, and scale innovative fintech products and solutions
• Oversee digital product delivery, client onboarding, and operational processes to ensure seamless user experiences

• Represent Animoca Brands at industry forums, fintech events, and client meetings to showcase capabilities and build credibility

• The ideal candidate is an experienced fintech executive with deep knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, and financial services ecosystems
• Over 20 years of senior leadership experience in fintech, digital assets, or financial technology operations
• Deep understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and enterprise or consumer financial ecosystems
• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills with experience influencing executive-level decisions
• Fintech Leadership: Ability to define and execute regional fintech strategies aligned with corporate goals
