PubMatic seeks a visionary Vice President of Product Management to lead our CTV team and drive the strategy and execution of our rapidly growing OTT/CTV and Video portfolio.

Product Strategy and Vision: Lead the development of product strategy and vision for PubMatic's Video and OTT/CTV products. Leverage your deep understanding of CTV advertising trends over the last five years to shape innovative solutions that captivate the market.
High-Performance Team Management: Build and lead a team of exceptional product managers dedicated to OLV and OTT/CTV products. Foster a high-performance culture, inspiring creativity and ensuring seamless collaboration among team members. Enhance your productivity by utilizing Gen AI tools and promote the integration of AI-driven approaches within your team's work processes.

New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skill s and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package. Total Compensation Range $340,000 — $390,000 USD
