We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our distribution center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and safe operation of warehouse equipment. This role offers opportunities for growth within warehouse management and distribution operations, contributing to the smooth flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain.

• Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials safely.
• Perform order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves and organize warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and accessibility.
• Assist with materials handling including heavy lifting and mechanical tasks requiring mechanical knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Utilize AS400 systems for order processing and inventory tracking.
• Support warehouse supervision in daily operations, including warehouse distribution and overall management activities.

• Mechanical knowledge or construction experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and other relevant technology tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout shifts.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse environments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and order accuracy.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse distribution is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and other relevant technology tools.
• Valid certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Mechanical knowledge.
• Required Experience:
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse distribution is preferred.
