  • The Role (What’s in the Box)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated working student to join our dynamic Growth Marketing team in Copenhagen. You’ll play a key role in our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy, optimizing our customer journey from the first click on a Landing Page through to the final step of the Funnel.

This isn't just about moving buttons around; it’s about understanding human behavior and helping shape the future of growth for HelloFresh in the Nordics. While your core focus will be CRO, we are a fast-paced team where curiosity is rewarded — there is plenty of room for you to lean into other Growth Marketing topics as you develop.

  • This role is a fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible until the end of October 2026. It is based in our Nordic HQ in Copenhagen.
  • What You’ll Do (The Recipe)
  • Drive Growth: Collaborate with channel owners across the Growth team to identify opportunities and drive conversions through landing page optimization.
  • Analyze & Report: Monitor the digital customer journey (including our referral programs) across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, creating insightful reports that tell the story behind the data.
  • Get Technical: Work hands-on with industry-standard tools like Tableau and Google Analytics to deep-dive into performance trends.
  • Build & Execute: Own the landing page build process from start to finish, creating the "critical path" that turns prospects into happy customers.
  • Expand Your Horizons: Support the wider Growth team on ad-hoc projects, giving you exposure to the full marketing mix of a global scale-up.
  • What You’ll Bring (Your Ingredients)
  • Student: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Growth Mindset: You are genuinely curious about what makes people "click" and eager to learn the mechanics of Growth Marketing.
  • Analytical Spark: You are comfortable with numbers and have a solid foundation in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; you can turn data into a compelling story.
  • Language: Fluency in English (our office language). Knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus but not a requirement!
