HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst plays an important role in shaping compensation strategies that attract the right talent and enable business success. Key responsibilities include delivering quantitative and qualitative analytics including data modelling and benchmarking, developing pay structures, formulating recommendations, conducting internal pay equity reviews, and collaborating with HR and business leaders on compensation strategies and program design that support our global pay philosophy, ensure competitiveness and legal compliance.
Program Administration: Develop, administer, and ensure compliance of compensation programs including analytical support for executive, salaried and hourly employees for North America corporate and distribution center employees. Partner with the People Core Services team on the administration of compensation changes, equity program, annual merit/promotion cycles, and variable compensation programs
Consultation: Advise HR Business Partners, managers, and leaders on compensation matters, such as new hire offers, promotions, and policy interpretation. Foster strong partnerships with business leaders, HR business partners and peers for successful evaluation, administration, and execution of compensation programs. Act as first point of contact on general compensation requests from HRBP and recruiters. Collaborate with HR and the Total Rewards teams to make process improvements and policy changes.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports, conduct trend analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations to support compensation decisions. Collaborate with the team to provide systems expertise and support to HelloFresh key stakeholders with Workday. Perform error handling and diagnose Workday identify data issues, including fixing employee records. Analyze needs and make recommendations for system and process improvements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in compensation, with experience in a large multinational organization and working with various employee types (salaried, hourly, etc.)
