• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for a portfolio of retail shopping centers
• Handle CAM reconciliations, operating expense recoveries, and real estate tax billings
• Perform month‑end close, journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis
• Partner closely with Property Management, Leasing, and Asset Management teams
• Support external auditors and assist with year‑end reporting
• Help improve processes as the portfolio continues to grow and evolve
• Work for leadership deeply involved in the assets—not a siloed corporate environment

Exposure to acquisitions, redevelopment, and value‑add strategies, not just routine accounting

• Solid understanding of CAM, recoveries, and commercial leases
• Strong Excel skills and a detail‑oriented mindset
