  • As an Assistant Service Manager, you play a crucial role in establishing the ambiance of the store and inspiring the team to represent our brand values for customers
  • Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth by overseeing a variety of store functions such as customer service, inventory control, and staff development
  • You are tasked with supporting the execution of the store's strategy to reach performance targets
  • Through cooperation with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, you will educate and guide Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to nurture a high-caliber team capable of delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer centric mindset
  • Recruit, hire and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
  • Own assigned area of responsibility
  • Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity
  • Perform Service Leader duties
  • Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures
  • Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape
  • Promote community involvement
  • Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience

  • An individual with one to three years of retail supervisory experience, currently or previously employed in the retail sector
  • Someone who has finished their secondary education or a comparable program
  • Proficient in communication, able to interact productively with both customers and team members to reach goals
  • Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment due to a strong passion for the industry
  • Impelled by performance metrics to bring about achievements that meet business aims
  • Passionate about leading and inspiring individuals to learn and evolve through effective coaching and mentoring
  • Skilled at utilizing retail technology solutions
  • Able to maneuver through the retail space, storage areas, and office setting, and lift up to 30 pounds when necessary
