• Assisting in the manufacturing and production of blind fasteners and related tools
• Performing hands-on production and light warehouse tasks
• Following work instructions and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Supporting team members as needed in daily operations

• This position will start part time (approximately 25 hours per week) and has the potential to transition to full-time after 2-3 months of training, based on performance and business needs
