• The Infrastructure team builds an end-to-end RL training framework to enable pre-training-scale RL.

• Design and implement state-of-the-art distributed RL systems
• Profile, debug, and optimize system performance
• Software and algorithm co-design with engineers
• BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience building, debugging, and optimizing large scale distributed training systems
• Experience building async RL training frameworks
• Experience in inference systems
• Proficiency in Python, Jax, or Rust
• PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• PhD with AI or other scientific domains
• Strong knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques
• Experience building infra for large-scale reinforcement learning and multi-agent reinforcement learning

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: $180,000 - $440,000 USD
