As a Marketing Data Analyst in the Reactivation Analytics team, you will join the wider Global Marketing Analytics group. You will act as a strategic consultant, using data to understand customer behaviour, their journey and more importantly what motivates them to return. Your experience in CRM Analytics, combined with a knack for storytelling through data, will directly influence the ability to reduce churn impact and optimize our channels along with marketing spend.
