• Engage with new and existing clients through phone calls and emails, showcasing a passion for dogs to build rapport.
• Utilize tools and training to confirm bookings and foster long-term relationships.
• Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to consistently impress our clients.

• Previous and proven sales experience
• Enthusiastic phone presence
• Performance focused and a drive to exceed goals
• Comfortable with computers, including learning to navigate new software
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door

A computer - at least Intel i5 (12th gen) or Apple M1 processor - and a wired high-speed internet connection (min. 25MB downstream/5MB upstream) (2 monitors and headset will be provided)

• This is a 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, full-time position. There is some flexibility with hours as we represent businesses across the United States.
