As an Art Director (m/f/d), you will help us design outstanding online and offline assets and will become an integral part of our in-house creative team. As a part of the Global Creative team, you will develop and grow brand creativity in new and effective ways to drive brand recognition and consumer engagement across different touchpoints.
About the Role
Create offline and online marketing and sales materials to deliver successful visual communications for all our product brands, markets, and (sports) brand engagement partners. This includes flyers, OOH billboards, POS materials, vehicle designs, social media and display assets, CRM header, and website images
- Contribute with the creative conception and visual development of integrated marketing campaigns that resonate across digital, print, social, and experiential touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with different internal stakeholders (such as brand-, organic- and paid social media-, CRM-, internal communication teams) for all our markets
- Support with photo post production by selecting and retouching photos created at internal and external photo shoots
- Leverage AI-powered design and image-generation tools (e.g., Google Veo & Imagen, Adobe Firefly) to enhance visual storytelling
- About You
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a (Junior) Art Director role and have strong design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Previous experience with Figma and AI tolls is considered an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an international allure
- Proven experience with JIRA or other ticketing tools (not mandatory, but a plus)
- Strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with others, excellent attention to detail, art working skills and the ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in English, every other language is a plus
