As an RFI TL, you will conduct in-depth risk analyses and investigations , draw actionable conclusions from complex datasets and user behavior, and clearly communicate findings to both internal and external stakeholders. You will serve as a critical link between Payoneer and its partners, providing timely, accurate, and well-documented responses that reflect our commitment to excellence, integrity, and operational efficiency . What You’ll Be Investing Your Time On

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of RFI Analysts, ensuring high-quality performance, accuracy, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Manage daily operations, including queue management, workload allocation, and case prioritization to ensure timely and effective reviews.
  • Oversee complex and escalated cases to ensure decisions align with Payoneer’s internal policies and regulatory expectations.
  • Monitor team KPIs, analyze performance trends, identify operational gaps, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation standards and produce detailed reports and analyses for both internal use and submission to external parties.
  • Support process improvements within the RFI domain, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance knowledge-sharing, and strengthen compliance practices.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – ability to draft precise and professional communications.
  • Direct supervision of analysts, including workload allocation and performance reviews.
  • Mentorship and coaching, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Ownership of team goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to interpret data and identify risks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration skills, who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to adapt quickly to evolving requirements and regulatory demands.
  • Familiarity with SQL (advantage).
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years prior experience as a Team Leader in Banking, Compliance, or Risk Operations is a must.
