- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure), including compute, storage, networking, and hybrid architectures
- ISV Onboarding & Integration : Provide hands-on technical support to ISVs, ensuring their solutions are optimized for OCI
- Address integration challenges, troubleshoot issues, and guide ISVs through Marketplace readiness
- Solutions Development : Contribute to the creation of a Solutions Library, including whitepapers, reference architectures, and deployment templates that combine OCI services with ISV tools to address common customer challenges
- Customer Deployment Support : Collaborate with Strategic Customer Engineering (SCE) and sales teams to design and implement custom workflows, such as hybrid render farms, multi-region file systems, and secure asset pipelines
- Technical Advocacy : Serve as a technical liaison between ISVs, customers, and OCI product teams
- Gather feedback and translate it into actionable insights to improve platform capabilities
