  • As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities
  • You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads, develop brand strategy, and manage key accounts
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Generate new business leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and participating in industry events
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective brand strategies
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationship
  • Track and report sales performance metrics and provide insights for improvement

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services

Требования

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, lead generation, and account management in the tech services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional skills in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals (Hunter mentality)
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective brand strategies
  • Strong understanding of B2C sales and direct sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Experience in participating and networking in industry events
  • Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization
