As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in driving data-driven processes and providing actionable insights to support the AM and Sales teams
You’ll work closely with interdepartmental stakeholders to optimize revenue operations and maintain key tools like Salesforce
Gather business requirements from interdepartmental stakeholders to develop data-driven processes for tracking key performance analytics
Provide reporting and insights on revenue attribution, productivity metrics, pipelining, daily activities, compensation, key benchmarks, and headcount
Maintain Salesforce infrastructure and manage internal tools to enable the AM and Sales teams *At this time we are seeking Miami- Based candidates who can commute to our office

5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or a data-driven operations equivalent
Salesforce Admin experience
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Proficient in Looker/Google Data Studio
Excellent communication and writing skills, deck building, and presentation skills
