Client Leadership : Forge and nurture effective relationships with clients, while providing strategic counsel and oversight to account teams across a mix of clients - from major destinations to small hotels, ensuring account teams deliver against aligned KPIs Team Leadership: Close communication with Executive leadership team, inclusive of managing agency workload and client portfolio at large, while serving as team leader in providing mentorship to staff, and driving a culture of collaboration and accountability across Orchestra Travel
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, as a key strategic leader within Orchestra’s travel division. Oversee the development of public relations strategies for a diverse client base: destinations, tourism boards, and resorts & hotel brands
Salary (commensurate with experience and skills): $130,000 - $150,000, plus eligibility for an end of year bonus based on firm, team and individual performance. #LI-Hybrid #LI-BM1
