• This role is focused on building and operating scalable AI and cloud platform capabilities to take traditional and generative AI systems from prototype to production
• The position emphasizes automation, MLOps best practices, and mentoring stakeholders across product and engineering teams
• Design and develop scalable AI solutions and cloud services in collaboration with product teams, implementing security, data protection, and business logic that drive product value
• Write and maintain production-grade code for Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines and orchestration using tools such as Argo
• CD, Helm, and Python automation
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (Ia
• C) using Terraform to manage complex cloud environments programmatically
• Implement application logic for robust model performance, observability, and cost monitoring (for example integrating Prometheus, Langfuse)
• Champion software engineering and MLOps best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor stakeholders on tools and methodologies

Prior work on production LLM/agent deployments and familiarity with RAG, agent frameworks, and associated tooling

• 3–4 years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Platform Engineering, or MLOps
• Strong proficiency in Python development
• Familiarity with LLM/AI application patterns (for example RAG and Agents) and general machine learning concepts
• Expertise with cloud platforms (example: Microsoft Azure), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud systems and familiarity with security and compliance standards for enterprise environments
• Demonstrated drive to learn emerging paradigms in Generative AI and agentic AI, plus strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• CD, Helm, Terraform and automation of deployment pipelines
• Experience integrating observability and cost-monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Langfuse

Experience working in hybrid/cloud development centers and cross-site collaboration across multiple engineering locations
